If your LG smart TV is connected to WiFi, another option for fixing the device connection problem is by swapping over to an Ethernet cable.

Ethernet cables offer better signal strength, network speed, and reliability. It makes it nearly impossible for your internet connection to falter or get compromised. In addition, it prevents your TV’s WiFi functionality from working, deterring the device’s disconnection message.

Note: While Ethernet cable offers a reliable internet connection, be ready to make the tradeoffs such as lost portability and limitation to only connection.
